Freedom Unbridled | Holistic Counseling from Office to Barn

Starting counseling can feel like a big step, especially when you are overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. You do not need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say before you come. At Freedom Unbridled, counseling takes place in a private office inside the barn, offering a relaxed alternative to a traditional medical setting. Sessions are shaped around individual needs and may include conversation, movement, creativity, time outdoors, or working alongside horses and other animals. My approach is rooted in empathy and curiosity, without judgment. We can begin wherever you are and move forward in a way that feels comfortable, supportive, and helpful. Freedom Unbridled also collaborates with Light Reins Ranch to offer customized equine-assisted counseling groups in the Lawrence-Baldwin City area, with both indoor and outdoor arena settings available. Co-led by two therapists, groups can be designed for children, teens, adults, caregivers, professional teams, and couples seeking premarital or marriage enrichment.
